
(Ventura, Ca) District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced the Thousand Oaks Assistance Center is open and serving victims of the Border Line shooting tragedy and their loved ones. It will be open until 7:00 p.m. this evening (November 12). Weekend and Veterans’ Day hours of operation are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Following the holiday, regular business hours will be Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Thousand Oaks Assistance Center is located at 625 West Hillcrest Avenue at the intersection of Hillcrest and Lynn Rd across from Sprouts Market in Thousand Oaks.
“We appreciate the support of Ventura County Supervisor Linda Parks, the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, the California Victim Compensation Program, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, our partners at the Coalition for Family Harmony and Interface Children & Family Services, and colleagues from Kern, Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Santa Barbara Counties,” stated Totten.
