The combined fires in southern California have burned a total of 83,000+ acres across Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Agoura, Calabasas, Malibu, and Hidden Hills.
Winds are expecting to reach 40mph today with humidity at 10% and precipitation at 0%.
Residents impacted by evacuation order are asked to please heed warnings as the community is by no means out of danger with the fire only at 15% containment and more intense Santa Ana winds expected tomorrow.

One Thousand Oaks resident connected hoses from nearby homes and watered the hill opposite of Los Cerritos Middle School. Some reports have credited this effort with saving local structures on that hill.
