Ventura County Deputy Sheriff’s office Joins the #LipSync Party

Sheriff-Geoff Dean

(Ventura County, Ca) With just a few months left to Sheriff Geoff Dean’s term as Sheriff, the 40- year law enforcement veteran put together an all star cast for the #lipsync challenge with a showcase of the extreme resources and talented members of the Ventura County Deputy Sheriff’s office. In a symbolic scene, sheriff deputies wave good-bye to Sheriff Dean as Sheriff-Elect Bill Ayub leads the crowd waving back. Dean boards a Ventura County Sheriff helicopter in a good-bye to colleagues.

The 7:09 minute video includes 6 songs and performances by the patrol officers, dispatch, Explorers, K-9 unit, bomb squad (that detonates a device for the video), search and rescue, forensic lab, S.W.A.T. team, mounted police (on horses), and a number of officers at the main jail in Ventura and at the East Valley Sheriff’s station in Simi Valley.
